As Red Oak’s first storefront grooming salon, April’s Pet Grooming has cared for local pets since 2010. What started with April’s lifelong love for animals grew into a family-owned salon known for patient, experienced grooming and a gentle touch.
Grooming Services for Family Pets
Every pet is different, and so is every groom. Final cost depends on your pet’s size, coat type, coat condition, temperament, haircut style, and any add-ons needed. We prefer to see your pet, talk through the best plan, and give a more accurate estimate before the groom.
Full-Service Grooming
Bath, blow dry, brush-out, haircut, ear cleaning, nail trim, and finishing touches based on your pet’s needs.
Bath, Brush & Nails
A fresh clean-up for pets who need bathing, brushing, nails, and coat care between haircuts.
Coat Care & Spa Add-Ons
Nail filing, teeth brushing, facial scrub, paw treatment, de-shedding, and specialty shampoos may be available, including oatmeal, brightening, medicated, and flea shampoo options when appropriate.
Gentle Handling
Patient care for puppies, senior pets, nervous pets, and pets who need a little extra time and understanding.
Meet April & Haley
April’s Pet Grooming has served Red Oak pets since 2010. Today, April and Haley work together as a mother-daughter grooming team, carrying on the same patient, family-style care the shop was built on.
April Warren
Owner & GroomerApril has loved animals her whole life. After training in a Midlothian grooming salon and grooming from home, she opened April’s Pet Grooming in Red Oak and built a trusted storefront salon one loyal customer at a time.
Groomer & Client CareHaley Warren
Haley grew up around the shop, helping with dogs from the time she was young. After years of learning beside April, she became part of the grooming team and now brings the same gentle, patient care to the pets she grooms.
Community Pet Wellness Clinics
April’s Pet Grooming proudly hosts low-cost pet vaccine and wellness clinics for the Red Oak community.
Since 2016, our shop has welcomed local pet families for convenient vaccine, testing, microchip, flea and tick prevention, deworming, and basic wellness services right here in Red Oak.
Clinic services are provided by Texas Coalition for Animal Protection. April’s Pet Grooming hosts the clinic location and helps share upcoming dates with our customers.
It is one more way April’s Pet Grooming continues to support local pets and families beyond the grooming table.
